Steely Dan OZ Reissue LP The Royal Scam EX MCA ABCD931 Jazz Rock
OZ Reissue LP released in the 1970’s on MCA Records. Cat: ABCD931. Comes with printed lyric inner bag which is in Excellent condition.   The Royal Scam is the first Steely Dan record that doesn't exhibit significant musical progress from its predecessor, but that doesn't mean the album is any less interesting. The cynicism that was suppressed on Katy Lied comes roaring to the surface on The Royal Scam not only are the lyrics bitter and snide, but the music is terse, broken, and weary.

Tracks : Kid charlemagne/ The caves of Altamira/ Don’t take me alive/ Sign in stranger/ The fez/ Green earrings/ Haitian divorce/ Everything you did/ The royal scam.   There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks that cause a few light crackels and is in Excellent condition. Cover has some mark  and is in Excellent condition.

Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
