Payment

Payments are due within 3 days of auctions end. An unpaid item claim will be filed with Ebay if payment is not received in time specified. All payments must be via Paypal.

Condition of Item

All items are deemed new and un-played, unless otherwise noted in auction details. Any items that are not sealed, we will put them with a mylar cover to help protect the item. Our auction details will give information on the following if applicable:

 

Cut out or promo Any defects Missing or damaged parts

Sealed Vinyl LPs are sold as is. We cannot guarantee the condition of the vinyl itself without compromising the original seal. We will not take returns on new and sealed copies of vinyl LPs. Please do not ask us to ?open? sealed LPs to verify condition.

We assume no liability for damage during transit. We ship in packaging made specifically for item(s). If items are damaged, please address problem with your carrier.
