The item isn't factory sealed, but it's brand new and unplayed. It never arrived factory sealed (as all VMP records don't), it has plastic around it which is sealable, it will be shipped as it arrived to me.
Please note: these items are factory sealed. I am not responsible for any warps or interior damage, the items have been stored in a smoke free home and are stored upright to avoid warping, already in packaging and ready to go!
