Vinyl is visually graded as M (sealed), NM (clean), NM- (insignificant surface marks), VG+ (some light surface mark/s / scratch/s - plays with no skips or jumps)) - these gradings are acceptable to most customers
Vinyl is also graded as VG (scratches), G or lower and customers should proceed with caution (ask questions) - these vinyl are often rare / collectable items
Covers are usually graded VG+, this being the minimum "standard" acceptable by most customers
