Talking Heads Stop Making Sense Still Sealed Limited Edition 2 LP Vinyl from Rhino/Warner Bros.  R1724897 / 603497832835

Released 8/18/23 and re-mastered by Ted Jensen at Sterling. He also worked on the original 1984 album, released as a single LP, and is the band's preferred mastering engineer. The album includes an upgraded booklet with additional photos and new commentary from David Byrne, Jerry Harrison, Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz. Unlike the 1984 1 LP this 2 LP set is the first vinyl release to include the complete show. The track listing printed on the back cover is shown below.

The sealed sleeve is solid and the shrink wrap is 100% intact. No record impression evident on either the back or front cover. There is a very light, as-shipped-from-the- factory, corner push to the upper left hand corner of the front cover (upper right hand corner when viewing from the back cover). A minor item to be sure but conveyed for full transparency and shown in pictures 3 and 4. Picture 5 shows the spine. 'Made in Canada' is printed on back cover in the lower right hand corner.

From a one-and-done limited pressing run. Jason Jones, Director of A&R at Rhino and the re-issue producer of this album, has  posted on the Steve Hoffman Music Forums that there are currently no plans for a 2nd pressing.
