The cover has a 1.875 inch split in the printing on the bottom edge. It doesn't look like it's split all the way through. The shrink wrap has a large hole on 1 side. See pictures.
All corners are sharp and crisp.
I will put it in a new clear outer sleeve, and will also include a new MOFI inner sleeve.
