About this issue:
Original press.  447 West 50th Street New York 19, n.y. on back of the jacket.  Black and yellow, deep groove fireworks label.  446 W. 50th St N.Y.C on center label.  Both labels strong, spindle hole has some light wear.  RVG and etched "ear" in dead wax.

Jacket
Jacket is in nice condition.  Front of the jacket is stellar!  Clean glossy look to it.  Touch of paper loss at lower right corner.  No splits.  Absolutely no edge wear.  Very light spine wear.  Back of jacket has staining on the entire left side.  Light scuffing.  Paper loss at bottom.
Jacket grade: VG+

Vinyl
Visual grade:  Very light marks on side A, ends up being the stronger side.  Side 2 is riddled with scratches and marks.

Play grade:

Side 1 
Track 1 -  Continuous click until about the 2 min mark.  It fades and drops out at around 2 minutes in.  Sporadic ticks can be heard for the remainder of the track.  Xylophone solo is nice, music right at the front.  Piano solo with backing bassline, some pops can be heard.  8:30 in and 3 loud pops.  Rest of the track plays nicely.

Track 2 - Continuous from track one, some light noise can be heard, just faintly. Some pops come in about a minute in, then go away.  Some pops come back about 2 min in, louder then fade to a quieter noise, then go away. As the trumpet solo plays, it clears up.  Xylophone kicks in and it's very clear, no noise behind it.  Solo plays very nicely.  Piano part starts up just as strong.  Just a gorgeous part here, the music is at the forefront, nothing distracting here behind it. Trumpet comes in and, again, gorgeous. 

Side 1 Grade: VG  (conservative grade here)

Side 2
Track 1 - Starts strong, very clear.  Two light pops, they disappear. Trumpet solo is strong. Sax solo starts, again, strong.  Some light crackles behind it here and there, but not overpowering.

Track 2 - Some crackles again behind the music but the music is at the forefront.  Piano solo it's more prominent.  Trumpet part and it's heard lightly behind it.  Some pops can be heard as the solo plays on, sporadic and light.  Some crackles here as the trumpet plays, bassline behind it. Consistent tick/crackles continue.  Piano solo again, with that background crackle noticeable at the end.

Track 3 - Trumpet at beginning has some of that same crackle behind it.  It's consistent here.  the track continues with this persistent click.  Piano part, click is still there. It remains for the entire track.

Track 4 - The persistent click continues here.  It lightens as the track goes on, specifically at the trumpet part about 1:30 into the song.   Sax solo starts and it's very faint behind the music.  Piano solo again with that click behind it.  It disappears about 45 seconds before the track ends.

Track 5 - Strong start here. That persistent click is gone.  This track plays very nicely here. Another persistent click about 2 minutes in, it lasts for 10 seconds, then disappears.  It comes back about a minute later, but it is faint.  Piano solo, then trumpet solo...persistent click is back.  Right towards the end it skips.

Side 2 Grade:  Good

Overall grade   Good+  We are being conservative here.
 

This record has been cleaned in our VPI cleaning machine.

We use the Goldmine grading system for all of our records.

Where did we acquire this record?
In February 2024, we were hired by an individual in Charlotte who inherited these records from their father.  He was somewhat active in the local radio scene,
some of these have radio stickers on the cover.

How we ship....Your record will be packaged securely, removing the disc from the jacket and placed between two cardboard inserts.  We use BRAND NEW LP and 45 boxes to ship your records.  For multi-LP orders, we package your items nicely using bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and boxes big enough for padding around the records.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your vinyl purchase, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before leaving feedback or contacting eBay or Pay Pal.  We will work with you to rectify any problems you may have.

We accept: Pay Pal (preferred) and all major credit cards.

Winning bidder will receive an email from us with all of the auction information, including payment address, Pay Pal address and other pertinent information. Pay Pal information: If paying via Pay Pal, we only ship to confirmed addresses.

International bidders: We only accept Pay Pal for international orders.  Please note: Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction's closing date. Shipping methods: Our preferred method of shipping is USPS, almost all of our items will be shipped via this carrier. We also use UPS and Fed Ex if needed. Auctions will either have a flat cost for shipping, or an eBay shipping calculator attached (at the bottom right of the auction listing).

Records listings - the default shipping method is via USPS, however, you have a choice of using any carrier.  International record shipments will ship via USPS.

Insurance: We will insure your item for an additional cost. All UPS orders under $100 are shipped fully insured! If winning bidder chooses to have the item shipped insured via USPS, additional insurance charges may apply.

Tracking numbers will be provided to the winning bidder once the item ships (where applicable).

International Bidders
If you choose to have your item shipped via USPS First Class International, please understand that there is no way to track this package.  If it is lost, there is no way to trace this package.  You choose to have your item shipped via this service at YOUR OWN RISK.

Refunds and Returns
We will offer a refund and provide a return call tag for a return for items that do not meet the item description. Please email us to request a refund BEFORE any feedback is left. If feedback is left for us before a request for a refund is made, you have forfeited your chance to receive a refund.

We will not refund your original shipping cost under any circumstances. Refunds will be made within 5 days of receiving the item back in our office. Refunds will be given in the same type of payment for which the item was paid.

UPS damaged package - If your package was sent via UPS, and arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We are the point person for the UPS claim that will need to be filed. We will need your home phone number to begin the claim.

Sealed records/CDs - we will only offer a return on a sealed record/CD if it comes back to us sealed.  Any opened product will not warrant a return. 
 

Ending Auctions Early
Please do not ask us what it will take to end this auction early.  We let ALL auctions go to the end, and only end auctions early if there is a mistake in the auction description.  If there is no buy it now attached to the auction, we do not have a buy it now price.  All requests and emails inquiring about ending this auction early will not be addressed and will be deleted.

We leave feedback for EVERY auction we conduct on eBay.  Feedback is left automatically once payment is received.
 

Local Pick Up
Winning bidder may make arrangements to conduct a local pick up.  No additional fees apply for a local pick up.  We are located in Lexington, SC.
