The Cover is in Very Good condition with some shelf, edge, corner and ring wear.
The inner sleeve is in Very Good condition.
The mystery fan mail is unopened. I do not know what is inside it's a mystery. Fan mail stuff most likely.
I acquired it from an oddity collector who got it from an now defunct marketing company. I believe it was a return to sender.
