The three discs (all in the original paper inners) have excellent sheen with just a very few faint marks and superficial scratches, EX without question. The labels are spotless. If the booklet was vinyl, it would be EX, no scuffing or damage.
HOWEVER, inexplicably, the outer sleeve has been severely damaged. It has been repaired with cellotape as the supporting photos show.
