Vinyl has several scuffs and scratches on both sides
The sleeve has split seams at the top and bottom edges
The sleeve also has lots of stains from tape that was previously holding the edges together
There is also a superficial tear on the back from ripped tape approx 1 inch long
As well as small instances of tears on the spine and edges as well
