Bruce Springsteen very rare 1996 European 7" single Dead Man Walking / This Hard Land in picture cover.

This turns up on the open market only rarely; and, given that, I think the price is fair and reasonable.  
Grading is visual only.

Excellent. Clean and shiny on both sides. Some very small and fine spindle trails to show some evidence of play a long time ago, but these are only visible at certain angles.
I've had it for years and I've never played it.
