Record is VG ~ Vinyl has a great gleam and is in excellent shape, has a couple very light markings on each side that should not effect audio quality upon playback.
Sleeve VG/VG- ~ Sleeve has some light ring wear across each side, some discoloration to the backside of the sleeve, there is a sticker applied to the front near the center, the seam across the top as some tearing and splitting, the bottom seam has some creasing and light splitting across the left corner. (See photos)
