Shipping Policy

Return Policy

Open your item carefully and retain all packaging and documentation. There should not be any problems if handled correctly and / or installed properly. If at that point the item is deemed defective please e-mail us immediately Document the problem, the respective technical support reply, your E-bay ID and we will issue RMA # (Return Merchandise Number) for an EXCHANGE of the same item. Return shipping cost it’s the buyer's responsibility to return the item to us it’s like the cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. We will cover the cost to send a replacement.
