This is an original release of the extremely rare 12" The Roses 'Waterfall'. This item has not been played, and is in extremely good condition except for one point on the spine of the cover where the cardboard has slightly torn but is still intact. This is an extremely collectable item that is difficult to find, and is in perfect condition with all original innings including a mint condition John Squire "Waterfall' art print that is a collectors item on its own.
