Record is mint and unplayed, sleeve is excellent with just a slight crease on the front at the top.
The signing comes with a certificate of authenticity, which I cannot personally vouch for as I was not the original owner, however the original listing included photos of the record being signed. I own several signed Jimmy Eat World records and CDs and have no doubt this example is authentic.
