Vinyl has been play graded. The grading for the vinyl itself is not a visual grade.
I use the Goldmine grading system.

LP has been cleaned using a Record Cleaning Machine (RCM).

Cover in Shrink, Played once, then placed back in storage.

This vinyl grades VG++, cover a VG++.

This would make a great addition to any collection.
