U.S. LP released on Smash SRS-67105 Stereo.  Record is very clean and looking near new.  There's light sleeve type marks seen on both sides.  The labels are very clean and have a few light spindle marks from play.  However the sleeve has heavy wear along the corners and edges and there's a 3 inch split along the bottom edge.  There's creasing in the upper right corner, some shelf wear near the bottom edge on front, and a small hole punch near the top left corner area
