Here is 10" 78 RPM Columbia Graphophone A1685 (39764).  Side one is "The Star Spangled Banner" sung by Margaret Woodrow Wilson.  "This record of my voice if sold by the Columbia Graphophone Company shall yield to the American Red Cross the sum of 25 cents covering my entire royalty"  "Souvenir record Price $1.00"   "The Panama Pacific International Exposition" (Seal side two)
Side one is personally autographed by Margaret Woodrow Wilson on record at top of label. (see pics).   (There is also a facsilmilie autograph at record label bottom)
Side two is Columbia A1685 and is a Medley of Patriotic Airs - The Columbia Band.
Side one plays with very good volume, but there is a scratch or defect in the record that causes a moderate noise repetition - sounds best if played on full bass.  Label is nice with small amount of spindle hole wear.  Nice picture of Margaret.
Side two plays very nicely and I would judge as an E.  No scratches here.  "America" "Yankee Doodle" "Columbia The Gem Of The Ocean", "Marching Through Georgia", "Dixie".
Packaged very carefully.  Bid now!
