Shown is an interesting record from WWI era. "From the Battlefields of France" is Gen. Pershing himself giving a short pep talk stating : "6000 miles from home fighting the enemy in order to hold the ideals of our great country " It only covers the outer circumference of this side. General Pershing's autograph is stamped into this side of the blank area. On the flip side is the U.S. Ambassador, James W. Gerard, who gives a rousing speech regarding the threats and perils of trust the German population here in the U.S. Record is in excellent shape, and plays like new with no background noise.
