GRADE & DESCRIPTION (JACKET SLEEVE): In great shape, EX, folding (1 record), a bit of near edge stain wear and two small lines of nail dents left and right mid front cover.

Mint: unopened and sealed.

Near Mint: like new, but not sealed.

Excellent: Light smudge marks, no scratches.

Very Good Plus: Record - has a couple of very light scratches or scuffs - does not affect playing.

                            Jacket - has a bit of edge wear, light stains or snowflaking.
