Hello
there! Many thanks for perousing my items! When you've looked here, you
might like to check out some of my other items, I have some other very
rare Beatles etc. items currently listed with many more to come, heck,
I'd even suggest you add me to your favourite sellers to keep on top of
all the goodies that I'm going to list over the coming months!
I have collected
records since I was very young, however Iincreasingly I have realised
that I have far too many, and soI have been slowly trying to rationalise
my extensive collection over the years, I have sold many major rarities
over the years, from major BEATLES and 60s rarities, through PUNK and
PROG ROCK, CLASSICAL and BLUES. Basically I've had alot of very rare
records and in dribs and drabs have sold them off. I've never had
negative feedback, and had many repeat customers. I will only post completely insured and tracked.
This week I'm selling many Beatles/Kinks/Yardbirds Etc. 7" rarities.
Here
we have one of the rarest late 60s KINKS singles, DRIVIN' b/w Mindless Child Of Motherhood.
RECORD
CONDITION: EX-, As with some of the other singles taken off the ARTHUR album, as this track has such gentle and sparce areas in it, it's very important to have a good quality pressing, and it needs to be in very nice condition, as any imperfections are really shown up on these! This copy has been beautifully cared for, a couple
of very light surface lines, visible when angled into direct, strong light are all there is, and the audio is REALLY great!
RECORD
LABELS: VG, Let's get the worst of it over first! The original owner
has written "IRWIN" on the A-side label in blue ink. These late 60s light blue labels show off any
ring-wear that ever happens to them! I've had ex-stock copies of things
with these labels that show a darker ring at their high point (about
mid-way out), but this copy isn't too bad, it does have a slight darkening of that ring-rubon the high point, but is still very respectable, especially being what
style/colour of label it is!
SLEEVE
CONDITION: VG+, the very decent and pretty crisp original matt blue Pye
company sleeve of this record, a tiny yellowing to a spot on the left hand-side of the front, but no writing/rips etc, just a light
handling, and edges are holding strongly, with no wear-throughs, or nicks etc.
DEADWAX INFO: A-Side: D 1 7N17776 A-1 /\G
B-Side: E 1 7N17776 B-1 /\G
The KT tax code it written in both Deadwaxes.
Any further question please don't hesitate to ask! Thanks again, and why not check out my other items?! River.Dog
