ELVIS PRESLEY– ELVIS IS BACK! (LPM-2231) SCARCE “WHITE TOP” PRESSING

RECORD:  NM- with beautiful, glossy surfaces! Only a couple extremely light surface scuffs are noticed under inspection. The Black “Dog On Top” labels with white “RCA Victor” logo are absolutely pristine on this Indianapolis pressing! This album was originally released in April of 1960 and produced no immediate hit singles. “Such A Night” was finally released in 1964 as a “Summer Vacation Special”. “Dirty, Dirty Feeling” and “It Feels So Right” were dubbed into the 1965 motion picture, “Tickle Me”. This Third Pressing was manufactured around 1965 and bears matrix numbers ending with 5S/5S.  

COVER:  VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or unwanted stickers present! There is only a hint of ring wear present as well as very minimal edge and corner wear. The only reason that this cover does not merit the NM grade is due to a pair of pinholes (one small staple) to the upper left-hand corner that when removed, took the upper layer of the slick along with it (please see all photos) from that area. The inside of the gate fold cover is super clean and glossy! The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40B) inner sleeve is included.
