This unique band from Philadelphia played only highly modified toy or self-built instruments. I have some copies of this single left over as I was the co-founder of the Go Go label.  
VINYL Been sitting in a box in storage since 1984. Visual inspection reveals no scuffs or scratches. Never played.
SLEEVE There is a small amount of surface wear to the back cover. See photo for a better idea of condition. No wrinkles, ringwear, seam splits. Insert has no wrinkles, etc.
