Cutout punch hole in bottom left corner and embossed "X" in top left corner on front and also on back top right corner. Record is VG+, mostly shiny with a few very light surface marks. Includes original factory inner sleeve, which is VG+. Has creases on one corner, some discoloration and the cutout punch hole.
