Overall condition : On balance, just Excellent. But please do read the entire description !

Side 1 :

Visually EX, with just the lightest paper marks and one very faint (but long)  surface mark.
Play graded as NEAR MINT.

Label :  No visible spindle marks, thus perfect. (See Photo).

Side 2 :

Visually Near Mint, with just the lightest paper marks and no other issues.
Play graded as MINT.

Label :   A few spindle marks, otherwise perfect. (See Photo).

BOX :

100% Original 1970 box and contents. Outer box has laminate crease on front at bottom and I have clearly shown this in one of the photos. There is also a 'crinkle' on the top right corner, on the edge. Even with these issues, I would have to say that the cover is Near EX.

The Tray has a few grazes, a single light crease on the left hand flap, and very minor wear, but no splits, tears or other nasties, so overall EX-.

The Former (the book holding bit !), has a crease (not torn) at the top and bottom right hand inner corner of the frame (see 2 photos), but is otherwise perfect, so I will grade this as VG+

BOOK :

The book has never been opened or thumbed, so is fully intact (and complete), with no creasing or splaying. Graded as NEAR MINT.

RECORD SLEEVE :

 NEAR MINT. 'Red Apple' on rear, with no discolouration , no creases, no bends and a perfect spine. However, there is a small white manufacturing error on the front (under the laminate), which stops me grading the sleeve as MINT (See photo).

INNER SLEEVE :

Original Inner (Generic plain white sleeve) : Graded VG+, as it has the purchase date of the record (23 May 1970) neatly stamped at the bottom (See Photo's).
