The record is VG+ ~ The record has a very nice gleam and is in great shape with a couple very light markings, none of which should effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some light ring wear, there is some staining in parts to both the front and backside, the corners are slightly dinged and creased and the edges have minimal wear with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
