CONDITION:

VINYL  =  EX- (PLAYS EX) (No deep scratches, groove damage, excessive surface noise, distortion, etc. Only very light spindle trails on the label. A bright grading lamp reveals quite a few faint paper scuffs and some faint hairline surface marks - as you would expect, these do not sound on playback. Playback is actually a really pleasant surprise - even with the mentioned very slight visual imperfections, this record plays perfectly. Strong, loud and clear with no interuptions from clicks or surface noise. It was well pressed in the first place and clearly only had pretty light use in it's lifetime and has been well cared for - this makes particular sense as it was a sourced from a collection with no other reggae and was probably not to the original owner's taste... maybe even an unwanted gift or stray record once left in their collection. It's also worth noting that I'm grading this LP just as I would grade any other LP, be it rock, classical, OST, etc. I most definitely do not subscribe to this 'reggae grading' bullshit that seems to afflict about half the reggae dealers on the net.

Note: for the purposes of this listing I have tested this LP on my Linn LP12 Sondek turntable - generally this is quite a critical test, but I must point out that I cannot guarantee exactly how this LP will sound on your turntable - common sense for most... but then this is ebay!!!)

SLEEVE = V.G+ (No serious damage - no rips/tears, defacing, etc. There is some wear to the edges and corners, some lighter creases which have caused small amounts of delamination and the rear sleeve is not as white as it it used to be - see photos for further clarification)

POSTER = EXCELLENT (on the white back there are a couple of marks and a slight brownish stain, but these imperfections aren't coming through to the printed side in a way that is visible. No tears, defacing or other serious damage - see photo)

NOTE: I must point out that we are actually a long standing physical record shop, with many decades worth of selling, trading and grading records under our collective belts. Unlike so many of the jokers now selling records on ebay, we know how to grade records. Before bidding, please read my description carefully, decide how much this record is worth to you and place you max bid accordingly. Please also feel free to check out my feedback from the many other successful transactions I have made in the past.
