Shipping
In most cases, we ship within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Shipping time varies, but domestic U.S. purchases typically will be shipped within 5-10 business days via United States Postal Service. We do not typically ship outside of North America (Canada and the U.S.). However, if you send us an email for a quote on the shipping cost and you agree to pay the full cost of shipping, we may make an exception. Shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. can take up to 60 days. Please verify that the items you are purchasing are legal to be imported to your country. The buyer is responsible for all customs related fees, including duty. We ask that you do not request us to put a lower customs value as this is against the law. We only ship to the shipping address that you input during checkout. If your address is not verified by PayPal we might take additional steps to verify your address, if we are unable to verify your address your order might be cancelled. Return PolicyAll items are guaranteed against showing up DOA (Dead On Arrival). We will gladly replace any item that should arrive DOA.
