This front cover sleeve has RARE OOP white background. 
This issue was released around 1975-77 with white cover instead of the purple one. (Almost all other versions, including the original releases, have a purple background on the front sleeve.)
Warner Bros. Seven Arts Logo on back cover.
Features bass-heavy sound production lacking on original 1968 issue...you have to compare the two releases to appreciate the improved sound quality of this reissue.

Label:                      (EX) Very clean Warner Bros. Burbank labels with NO spindle wear and the only blemish is a number by the spindle hole on each side.         Record Grading:     (VG+/EX) Record surface is bright and glossy with faint sleeve/wispy hairline marks...plays excellent with little to no background or surface noise and occasional light crackle or soft pop.
Sleeve Grading:      (VG)  Sleeve cover has NO cutouts or splits but has tape attached to spine and top edge. Cover has light ring and moderate corner wear; front cover has sticker peel on upper corner, spine bottom has small bend/split next to corner and back cover has sun pencil doodle. Spine is fully intact, legible and protected by tape.    From a smoke-free home
