West     "West"

This is a US vinyl pressing on Epic BN 26380 from 1968.      This was their only album.      This is a Mono white label promo pressing.      There is a "Epic Mono" promo sticker on the front cover at top center.    The back cover is stamped in red : "Demonstration Not For Sale" at top left.       They cover two songs by Bob Dylan and two songs by Fred Neil.

The band is : Ron Cornelius, Michael Stewart, Joe Davis, Lloyd Perata, Bob Claire, and Jon Sagen.       This album was produced by Bob Johnston ( who is famous for producing Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Leonard Cohen, and Simon & Garfunkel).       The cover photos are by Jon Nimmo.         The labels and back cover do not credit the authors of the songs.      

The songs are : Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues, Baby You Been On My Mind, Four Strong Winds, Summer Flower, Step By Step, Dolphins, Six Days On The Road, Everybody's Talkin', Donald Duck, Settin' The Woods On Fire, and New England Winter.

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ /  Record is M-

The cover is VG+ with no writing and no seam splits.         There is light front cover wear and lots of seam wear.        There are little chips of missing paper on the top right edge, and bottom left edge.       The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint, with one scuff on side two, that plays though with no sound.       The labels are clean with no spindle marks.       The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
