I would grade the record at Ex+. There are no visible scuffs or marks. When playing the record there is no noise and the sound is very clear and pure. The Label is very nice with little to no signs of wear. The RCA Victor Records Original sleeve is VG+ or better. A really great copy.
Record has not been played very many times. I obtained it in 1965 played it once and then it went into storage for 50 plus years.
Record sounds terrific. I could probably rate it higher to NM+. But I would rather be conservative grading records I sell.
One thing for sure it is a great copy of a very rare 1965 Oldie in terrific shape. I would love to ship it to someone who will love it.
Record Plays and looks great. The record surface is nice and shiny.
