It is Interscope Records U.S. catalog number B0003642-11 Record comes packaged in its original hard cardboard cover.
Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Condition of hard cardboard cover is VG++ with a couple of slight wrinkles, no other real flaws.
