NOTICE

At the moment Japan Post stops international delivery toward some countries such as Australia, Ireland, Russia, USA, South America and Middle East countries due to reduced flight caused by reduced international freight.
However, they do deliver towards most of the countries such as most of Europe and Asia countries, Canada, Mexico and so on.

Also, as Japan Post stops economy airmail which is our main shipping way and the cost is included in the price, we have to ship parcels by standard airmail only.
Therefore, temporally we ask additional 5 USD for standard airmail.

For USA and other countries residents who lives in the countries at the moment Japan post can not deliver to.
We can send orders by using DHL (Expedited shipping).
DHL additional cost is as follows ;

Australia & USA : 15USD Russia : 25USD South American and Middle East : 30USD

However, if you order some more items we will refund 7USD per item until the total order weight 2kg.For instance if you order 2 more LPs we will refund 14USD and you can cover some DHL postage.

The following section regarding shipping cost is the section for normal condition. At the moment it is not available temporally.

Payment

Paypal only

1. Standard shipping Free shipping / SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped by Registered Economy Airmail.
Economy Airmail takes about 2 weeks to deliver normally.
However - sometimes takes about 5 weeks due to post office condition.

After shipping Japan Post Office sends a delivery E-mail to buyers.
The E-mail includes a tracking number.

For South America & Africa Countries buyers

Additional 2USD is required.
If those buyers have settled payment without 2USD an additional invoice will be sent later for this purpose and items are not shipped before the payment.

2. Optional shipping / SHIPPING POLICY

(1) Registered Regular Airmail

Additional 5USD is required.

If buyers wish this service please let us inform this matter.
We will send an additional invoice for this purpose through Paypal.
In case buyers have settled payment for Registered Economy Airmail - an additional invoice will be sent through Paypal for Registered Regular Airmail.

(2) EMS (Fast Shipping)

Depending on area or weight. Generally additional 15USD - 30USD is required up to 2kg.
Shipping rates vary for orders over 2kg.

If buyers wish this service please let us inform this matter.
We will send an additional invoice for this purpose through Paypal.
In case buyers have settled payment for Registered Economy Airmail - an additional invoice will be sent through Paypal for EMS.

3. Combined shipping ( Discount ) / SHIPPING POLICY

We give buyers 7USD discount per additional order.
Combined shipping maximum weight is up to 1700g.

Example

If a buyer orders 20USD record ( weight 400g ) x 4 ( total weight 1600g )

80USD ( 20USD x 4 ) - 21USD ( Discount 7USD x 3 )
= 59USD

Notice

However - if a buyer orders more than total weight 1700g first 1 item over total weight 1700g is not discounted and we ship orders into 2 or more parcels.

Example

If a buyer orders 20USD record ( weight 400g ) x 5 ( toal weight 2000g )

1st parcel : 80USD ( 20USD x 4 ) - 21USD ( Discount 7USD x 3 )
= 59USD

2nd parcel : 20USD - 0USD ( no discount )
= 20USD
