Vinyl Grading
M (MINT): Flawless, essentially brand new. Unplayed and typically with original factory seal.
NM (NEAR MINT): Pristine, like new, fresh/glossy, no visible marks, warps, blemishes or auditory imperfections.
VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS): Very light scratches, or other signs of use, but little wear. Mild background noise between tracks. Some wear around the label or center hole.
VG (VERY GOOD): Visible imperfections (slight scratches/blemishes) more apparent. Surface noise will be present along with other audible imperfections. Plays through without any significant skips.
G+ (GOOD PLUS): Some cosmetic imperfections (visible wear along the grooves, edges, center hole) with some surface noise, pops/crackles during playback, but without skipping.
G (GOOD): Definite wear and tear (diffuse scratches/blemishes), plays through without skipping, consistent noise during playback.
F (FAIR): Plays all the way through, but noticeably warped, cracked/damaged with significant levels of noise/skips in playback. P (POOR): Unplayable, skips continuously with loud noise throughout.
