SIZE/MEASUREMENTS:
Measuring the jacket, it is 12-3/8" x 12-3/8" x 1/4" at its largest areas. Vinyl Records are 12 inches.

Fair to Good Condition.

Book of Dreams, Side 2 has a significant scratch (see photo 9). We couldn't test it, but we know it will definitely skip in that spot. That spot is at the end of track 2 going into track 3. One other scratch on that same side may or may not skip (see photo 10).
The rest of the sides look nice with just some light typical scuffs.
 Both inlays (inner sleeves) are the originals. Both are in good condition, but one has a couple of seam tears.
 The cardboard sleeves have some wear, but are still intact.
