Expertise-We are not experts regarding any of the items we sell. We get our information through books, other sellers, auctioneers, experience, item-related websites and we Google?a lot! Sometimes the information we have is not correct. Please let us know so we can learn. Please know that if something is not correct in what is written that it is accidental and in no way intentionally misleading to promote a sale. Pictures are the best venue for our items.

Photographs-We are not photographers. Although we enjoy photographing these items there may be many white spots due to flash. If you have questions regarding whether it is a white flash spot or a chip then please contact us. There will usually be numerous photos of each item. We try to take photos that are true to the actual color but every monitor shows colors differently.

What you get-You will get what is listed as the item in the title. Rulers, coins, cans, backdrops, props, plate holders or any item used in the photo (to show size, hold item in place, assist in lighting, etc.) that is not listed in the title as the item up for bid is not for sale and will not be included. You will get good customer service, as well?but that isn?t in the title or photos.

Integrity-We will describe what we see, what we know and/or what we feel. We have gotten many items that were incorrectly described or photographed in such a manner as to hide flaws/issues. We won?t do it to other people so many of our items are listed as chipped, cracked, stained, repaired, etc. We don?t have a lot of junk (except in my trunk) but want to find new homes for these items and sometimes that chipped item is what you have been looking for and you are willing to forego a perfect , overpriced one?that benefits us all. I often can feel a flaw that I couldn?t see.

Obtainment-We get our items through ebay, online auctions, estate sales, consignment shops and the like. Some items are from ?personal stock?---our house. The item(s) you receive will be clean enough to hold/touch without issue. We will leave the specialized cleaning to the buyer(s) so that we don?t damage anything. Someone around here has OCD and a nose that can smell sour milk four blocks away. Between those ?gifts? present you can be assured your item(s) will arrive with no extraneous dirt, odors, hairs, etc.

Payment- We only accept payment through Paypal. You, a valued customer to us, will have the benefits of buyer protection. All payments must be received within three days closing time of the auction. If you bid on something you are obligating yourself to purchase it per the ebay standards. If a payment isn't received within 72 hours (three days) we reserve the right to re-list and open a case for non-payment. Please don?t forget to pay.

Shipping- WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We ship by USPS mail or Priority Mail with Tracking. We ship within three (days) of payment made/cleared. Please make sure that Paypal and eBay have your correct address. Shipping fees include postage and a small mark-up to cover wrapping materials, printer supplies, etc. Combined shipping can be accomplished if: it is possible without damaging the items, the total weight (along with packing materials) isn?t too high, there are no extenuating circumstances prohibiting or preventing it, you contact us before you pay for the multiple items you want combined (and wait for a response).

Jewelry, gems and metal-We get much jewelry from auctions?mostly vintage costume and rhinestone. Sterling, 925 silver, gold and gemstones are weighed and/or measured and tested (as appropriate) by those entities. We will write what they wrote (third party) and try to remember to include that in the description.

Handmade jewelry, made by this seller, will include a brief listing of the materials used in the piece. If you would like a similar piece to something listed but would like (for example) different beads, stones, gems, copper instead of silver, etc. please just contact us to see if we can accommodate you. A small convenience fee may need to be added but we will have to take that on a case by case basis. If you request a custom made item it will need to be paid for in advance of the item being created.
