This is a good find, an original press of this album The cover is vg minus with storage wear and a seam split at the bottom. I've deep cleaned this one, and it rates a good VG. This has some light marks but plays much better than it looks. Considered keeping it but letting it go.
Grading based visually on years of experience...but do read below-

I am faced with having to expedite selling off a lot of records due to health issues. I would normally, as I've done over the years, clean them on my VPI machine, give them new sleeves, etc. Really tight on grading. All of that takes time and now energy I don't posess. I can't stand for any length of time without pain, etc. 
So I am trying this out -I'm still not going to list records that are not in at least very good condition vinyl wise, and not dirty to boot. But you'll have to clean them yourself to get perfection, or as close as you can (or I could) make it.
In exchange for letting that part go, I'm starting all these at a very low price to encourage sales. In addition, they will only be up for ONE RELIST if not sold. Then they go to the pending "living estate" sale.
So if if these interest you, hop on it. If this works out I can kind of chop away at it. If not, I'll abandon the idea because I need to preserve energy as much as possible.
