An original 1st press of Stormbringer on the UK Purple label from 1974. Matrix A1U/B1U. Etching "Kendun". The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse. Also included is the original inner sleeve. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb condition and has clearly only seen light use. Under close inspection we struggled to make out more than a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is minimal. All we could detect was a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments [literally]. A truly top-level playing copy...
Cover (Ex) Front and back are nice and clean with only a touch of wear down at the foot of the front. Edge wear is very light and the text on the spine is still legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and remains a great specimen.
Inner (Ex) No splits or markings.
