A 1st pressing of Uriah Heep Live from 1973 on the UK Bronze label. Matrix A2/B2/A1/B1. Stampers 1-T/2-AL/1-A/1-AM. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in its original gatefold cover with 10 page colour programme attached. Also included is ONE of the newspaper styled original inner sleeves.....
Cover (Ex) In lovely condition and has been looked after carefully down the years. Nice clean front which only lightest handling. The rear is in lovely condition too with just one surface scratch across the mid-section. The cover has retained great rigidity. That spine is 100% intact. The interior and attached pages are all present and in great condition. Very nice and impressive example!
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) Shiny like new and has clearly only seen the light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks either side - nothing remotely troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is pretty minimal. The only thing we could pick out was a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments e.g. 'July Morning'. Certainly nothing remotely invasive and, overall, this is a very fine rendition indeed.
