An original 1st press of Stormbringer on the UK Purple label from 1974. Matrix A1U/B1U. Etching "Kendun". The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb condition and has clearly only seen light use. Under close inspection we struggled to make out more than a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is minimal. All we could detect was a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments [literally]. A truly top-level playing copy...
Cover (Ex) Front and back are nice and shiny. A couple of corners have taken very light bumps, but no other significant issues. A couple of light indentations on the rear. Edge wear is light and the text on the spine is intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
