COVER - EXCELLENT EX  Original thick cardboard gatefold art cover with the first issue lenticular artwork Michael Cooper 3-d panel glued to the front of the psychedelic gatefold jacket. First issue version of the 3-d card cover is slightly different from the latter pressing which doesn't have the 3-d panel card. The cover is still in the distributor original loose-fitting protective baggy with a yellow/black "Stereo Richmond High Fidelity a product of London Records" banner

LABEL - EXCELLENT EX  Original London records NP-2 mono catalog number bright red background labels with a reflective silver thin font style lettering  and the bold below the 'London' boxed logo 2'75' diameter deep groove pressing ring "Made in U.S.A." text at the bottom center below the matrix numbers on labels

VINYL - STRONG VERY GOOD PLUS VG++   Original 1st monaural release Columbia records, Terre Haute, Indiana thick heavy vinyl pressing with the hand written first matrix numbers in the trail-off vinyl (dead wax) and with 'T' stamp Terre Haute records pressing plant identifier etched in runout
