COVER - NEAR MINT MINUS NM-  Original thick cardboard single type cover. The front cover has the original authentic very early promotional new hit single "Including The Rolling Stones smash hit Get Off My Cloud" white with red text (black text on the later pressings) hype sticker still affixed to the upper left corner on the shrinkwrap. The cover is still in its original shrink (cellophane) wrap. The shrink is fully intact with the original breathe holes.

LABEL - EXCELLENT EX  Original London records LL-3451 mono catalog number bright red background "Long Playing" labels with a reflective silver thin font style lettering  and the large below the "London" boxed logo and "Made in U.S.A." text at the bottom center below the (ARL 7031) matrix numbers

VINYL - STRONG VERY GOOD PLUS VG++  Original 1st monaural release Columbia records, Terre Haute, Indiana thick heavy vinyl pressing with the hand written first matrix numbers in the trail-off vinyl (dead wax) and with a 'T' stamp the Terre Haute records pressing plant identifier etched in the runout ARL (American Records London)

Very early first -1N / -1N matrix stampers. The vinyl has some very light surface hairlines and scuffs from the sleeve, retaining its factory gloss and lustre
