LP is in very good to excellent condition. The gatefold cover I listed as very good because of some dirt/marks and writing on front (see photos). Shipped with new generic heavyweight paper inner sleeve.
Note, I personally always hesitate to use the near mint grade. As there are sometimes multiple releases with differing matrix numbers, etchings, etc if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
Additional shipping info : When practical I offer free shipping, when not practical I discount it. In some cases I offer expedited shipping because it's actually cheaper than regular parcel post. I make every effort to ship in one business day but due to conflict between my new job (nights, weekends) and post office hours recently it has been taking a day or two.
