I bought this new on Record Store Day.  I never played it. 
Disc is at least NM.
Cover is Mint, opened but still in shrink wrap.   
Includes the original plasctic lined paper Inner sleeve.
Also includes single page insert.  
I have no idea how to get the digital download, but I don't see that information in the package.  I'm not even sure if it is still available.  You can hear the track on YouTube though.
