Item was acquired from the original owner (who took meticulous care of it) and is in VG to VG+ condition.
Some cover wear and a printed name on back, but no splits.
Labels show some light spindle marks and signed initials printed on side one. (See Photos.)
Vinyl has a few light scratches and plenty of gloss.
This record has been Okki Nokki cleaned.
