Selling off my old record collection. I have done a photo of each one so you can get an idea of condition etc. Some of the records I bought second hand and the sleeves were already worn and marked but most of the ones I bought from new have been stored in plastic covers so are still in very good condition. I don't have a record player anymore and haven't played these for a number of years but I have checked for scratches and apart from a few faint lines I don't see any major scratches on the disks themselves. I was always careful about handling the edges only (still do that with cd's, can't break the habit!) so should all be in good playing condition. Some of the albums are in really good condition - Dylan, Focus, James Taylor, McTell, Forbert, Clapton, McGarrigle etc. - you should get an idea from the pics. A few of the sleeves are poor - (see American Pie, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Poems Prayers Promises, Bob Newhart, Stagefright etc.) but the records themselves should be okay.
I know serious record collectors have a much more scientific way of grading records - even down to condition of inner sleeve - but frankly I don't feel qualified to do that sort of grading and I'm not trying to make a small fortune here, just want the records to go to a good home rather than throwing away. If anyone would like to call in and inspect for themselves that's fine - just send an email and I'll arrange it.

Obviously the package weighs quite a bit so postage is quite high - local collection would be the best bet. I will include in case someone is prepared to pay extra. If you need any more info please email me - but remember, I can't play the record I can only describe what I see.
