Very Nice Example... Album appears very clean with no damage or scratches as seen... the Poster is in amazing mint condition and folded crisp.. I believe its been there since new.. the album sleeve is also very nice and crisp color.. the outter cover has clear wear and tear, and the upper right corner has a slight rip/ tear... there are other marks and scratches as seen... Please rate this yourself, but know all internal items are VERY NICE.... outter sleeve is solid and good, but not mint
