You are buying a preowned 12" double record album. The vinyl is in NM "played once" condition. The sleeve is NM as well. This was well cared for with no shelf wear.

Records are graded as follows (visually graded unless specified): M mint - brand new never used NM near mint - used but like new with no marks VG+ to E excellent - very slight wear, should play great VG very good - light wear, should play great with minimal surface noise G good - heavier wear but still playable with surface noise
