This is because the replacement LPs always tend to get lost too. We are very happy to provide replacement LPs for items that arrive damaged, providing the original LP is returned. We will only provide partial refunds where evidence of damage can be provided in the form of an emailed image. If for any reason you wish to return an LP, we always reimburse any additional shipping costs incurred.
