This is brand new and 100% still sealed. I bought this from my local record shop like 10 years ago and it has been kept in wonderful condition ever since. Sleeve and plastic show some signs of wear, but nothing major or outside of the norm given the age. I haven't seen a sealed copy of this listed on eBay in recent memory, if ever. I am open to reasonable offers and basing my price off of what is currently listed here and has sold recently.
